Can I try Pagelanes before I pay for it?
Absolutely! Everyone can try Pagelanes. It’s completely free for 30 days, no credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account anytime?
Of course you can. Just drop us an email before the end of your next billing period. We will take care of everything for you.
Can I cancel my account?
No problem. If you decide that Pagelanes isn’t for you simply get in touch with us before your next billing period. Just know we will shed a tear or two.
Are there any limits to my account?
Users/Team Members: You can add as many team members as you need. No limits on that in any plan.
Channels: (Facebook Page / Twitter Account): You can add as many channels as you like, as long as you are within the fan count limit of your plan. If you exceed this, you will not be able to add more channels unless you upgrade you to a higher plan. If you exceed the fan count limit with already existing channels, we do not automatically charge more (Growth Bonus).
What happens if I exceed my fan count limit? (Growth Bonus)
Not much, so rest easy. Your account will keep on working just like you’re used to it. We want your pages to grow, so we do not automatically upgrade your account to a higher plan. As long as you don’t want to add more channels to Pagelanes you will not be charged more. That’s what we call Growth Bonus. If you have exceeded your fan count limit and want to add more channels, then we will need to upgrade you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer (within the European Union), Credit Cards & PayPal. If you need another payment method, feel free to talk to us. Just know that we don’t trade for seashells and fur.
What does your support include?
Support is included with all our plans. You can reach us on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 (Central European Time Zone UTC+01:00). Inquiries during these support hours will be answered on the same day. Outside of them they will be answered on the next workday.
What sales taxes are applied?
Sales tax is applied to Austrian customers in the form of MwSt (20%) as Pagelanes is an Austria-based business. For B2B/B2C customers within the EU we do not charge taxes (Reverse Charge). For countries outside of the EU we charge 20% taxes B2C, and 0% taxes B2B (if our respective countries have a Reverse Charge deal).
What if I have more than 10 million fans/followers?
Contact us via support@pagelanes.com, we have custom options with our Enterprise plans. We will help you find the perfect solution for your business personally.
